I have never taken a cycling class. Will I be able to stay the entire 45 minutes?
Yes. The beauty of a ZHcycle class is that we allow you the freedom to set the resistance on your bike to your desired level. It is entirely up to you. If you want to take it easy, just shut your eyes and listen to the music, GO FOR IT!
What should I wear?
Well for starters, if you arrive unprepared, we have everything you need at the ZHshop. We reccomend you wear a tight fitting short to prevent chaffing. Check out SUGOI'S SPYN SHORT at our ZHshop on line! Since the room gets warm, try to wear a top made with a quick drying fabric. Check out our selection at the ZHshop. We have an awesome selection!
What's up with the shoes?
All of our pedals are LOOK compatible. We rent shoes for $3 and sell shoes for anywhere from $85 to $300. Check out our selection at the ZHshop on line!
How do I purchase a series?
1)Log in
2)Have your credit card ready
visa, mastercards or amex . Click on
purchase series
3)Choose the series you would like to purchase click on that series.
4)Enter your credit card number and billing information. The
csc number is the three numbers in the signature box on the back of your credit card.
Your series will be instantly added to your account. You can now sign up for classes.
How do I become a member of ZH?
It only takes about two minutes to set up. Take the time to become a member and you will be able to reserve on line all year! Follow these simple steps:
1)Click on sign in
2)Click on
sign in here 3)Fill out the membership form
4)Once you complete the form, hit
save and you are now a member!
Now you can purchase a series, book classes and have accsess to your account ON LINE!
You can cancel a class up until 12pm the day before the scheduled class time.
How do I know how many classes I have my left on my series?

1)You must be a member and own a series or purchase a single class.

RESERVEPlease Note: You can only reserve classes up to 1 week in advance (Wednesday thru the following Wednesday). Each online booking must be made with 1 hours advanced notice.

Out east, the series have a two year life span. On the Upper East Side, the ten packs last for 3 months and the thirty packs last for 6 months.
Can I use my East Hampton series on the Upper East Side?
Unfortunately, the series are not transferable.
Do you have showers?
On the Upper East Side we do have showers. In East Hampton we have the ocean!!
