show you how to ride properly, you will see results in no time.
There is
no intimidation factor at ZH. Each rider decides sets his/her own resistance.
Want to take it easy? It is entirely up to you.

ZHappyHour is the perfect blend of MB Regan and Nadia Zaki’s signature classes. Starting in the ZHcycle studio, Nadia and MB will take you for the ride of your life. Then after 45 minutes of their mastery, follow them into the ZHbody studio where they will take you to an entirely different place. Combining MB’s amazing strength training skills with Nadia’s Budokon practice, you will experience a high that doesn’t come close to the usual Happy Hour on a Saturday afternoon!!! STARTING IN MAY.

We will make sure that you are making the most of each crunch, sit up or push up. By combining strength and balance, we help you achieve flexibility you never dreamt possible. And what can be better than the mini massage at the end of each class?

Indoor Cycling was invented as a way to train indoors!!! Some of our strongest instructors are professional cyclists. ZHtrain is a specialized class that focuses on heart rate training, outdoor drills and building endurance. The closest group exercise comes to private training.

A ZHcycle class with a twist. Every rider is required to wear a heart rate monitor. (need one? Check out our online store) ZHworkshop helps each rider learn how to make the most of his/her workout. You’ll be shocked to find that you have probably been working in the wrong ‘zone’. Let us explain to you how to train properly. We keep a file on every rider and track their results.

Gregg will help you learn how to move quickly, using your core strength while staying calm and achieving mental clarity. Centered for ZH is a true mental and physical challenge.

Only offered to the brave...6:30 am on Saturday's!!! Marion's class is taught from 6:30 am-8:15 am. You will need to sign up for a bike in both the 6:30 and the 7:30 classes but it will feel like one ride. We will go straight through to 8:15. But don't worry, if you only want to take the 6:30 or just the 7:30, we won't make you feel bad!!!
